It’s a warm evening on the Curti Center island, and the garden is in full bloom. Researchers walk by occasionally, but the paths are much less crowded than they are at the lunch time break, and you feel reasonably assured you and sempai will be able to walk around without too much interruption.

Ganeshan is a couple of minutes late, and rushes down the path from the direction of his lab, still wearing a lab coat.

“MY APOLOGIES! I THOUGHT I COULD GET A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH DONE SINCE I DIDN’T NEED TO GO FAR, BUT I GOT CAUGHT UP IN MY WORK. YOU KNOW HOW IT GOES…”

He gives you a sheepish grin, then gestures out at the gardens.

“SO, WHERE SHOULD WE GO?”

You wink. “Follow me,” you say, and head:

-Along the winding garden path

-Through the grass to the center of the garden

-Into a secluded alcove off the path

The weather is perfect for a chocobo ride! You pace in front of the stables, waiting for Ganeshan to arrive. The chocobos wark happily as you approach.

Ganeshan arrives right on time, dressed in a pair of sensible riding pants and a wide-brimmed hat.

"I AM AFRAID I MUST CONFESS, I AM NOT MUCH OF A RIDER. I DO NOT WANT TO SLOW YOU DOWN..."

He looks a little sheepish. You assure Ganeshan that isn't the case, and lead him to the stall where your chocobos are waiting. They coo as you scratch their beaks and offer them a gyshal green.

"You're going to do great! Now...
Let's race!
Let's ride slowly!
Let's let the chocobos lead!"
